The Conventional Inspection

A visual inspection relies on a number of key factors; good eye sight, good lighting, a colour contrast between the specific bed bug growth stage and the material you are inspecting, the bed bug being in the outer accessible areas and of course good sanitation. A technician, no matter

how thorough, is only as good as the inspection area permits him to be.

He cannot see under baseboards, behind walls or inside mattresses and sofas and is

realistically only around 35% accurate. Finding a light coloured 1st instar on a

light coloured mattress is almost impossible.

Elite specializes in doing full sweeps of apartment buildings, hotels, retirement homes and residences. Unlike our competition, we use multiple dogs at each location to ensure speed
